Philip Wardale
Founder and Director
Phil is an experienced Project Manager and Consultant who has accumulated a set of specialist skills whilst working within the local government area since establishing WARDALE in 2011.

Aimee Comer
Since 2014 Aimee has worked local government organisations to assist with the development of marine facilities.

Gabrielle Tabron
Gabrielle is a senior project manager with a background in design and a passion for the built environment. She has 18 years experience in the design and construction industry in building great relationships, interpreting clients needs and working collaboratively with a team to deliver successful and creative built solutions.

Majority of her roles over this time have been held in the public health or government sectors. Lisa enjoys a varied role where she is met with challenges and surrounded by a dynamic team..

Matt Comer
Matt Comer brings 11 years of experience in preparing business cases and financial modelling for marina developments, waterfront developments and port projects.

Recent projects include the Westhaven Pile Berth Redevelopment, Wynyard Quarter redevelopment and Queens Wharf redevelopment. He worked with Panuku Development Auckland, Waterfront Auckland and Ports of Auckland.
